We bought a School bag as a Christmas gift for my niece.. Unfortunately when she opened up her Christmas present, she was upset as the zip of the bag gives way. The tag still hanging on the bag.. Brand new!!!!
Immediately we went back to your store at manggis to explain to your sales staff our issue but we were not pleased with the attitude of your staff by telling us off that they are unable to exchange due to this item was purchase during "fair" time . Ok fine!! But u can always return to your supplier and I'm sure they will exchange 1 new 1 for you. N not jus brush off your customer this way. It should be handle in a professional way.
Was told that they will check with management again but to date to no avail.
