    • Review of vendor-specific preservation procedures and requirements of static and rotating equipment and ensure implementation.

    • Establish a Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime that will provide assurance that plant and equipment will remain in good condition and operable at all stages throughout the project.
    • Ensure compliances with storage, preservation and protection requirements of all static and rotating machinery equipment’s, spares, instruments etc. at the site including the warehouse.
    • Ensure the Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime is consistently implemented through Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning and final handover to Operations
    • Liaise with Construction and Commissioning to ensure that critical preservation is not compromised by procedures.
    • Lead a team for Preservation in executing Preservation activities
    • Ensure tag names are installed as per PEFS (Process Engineering Flow Scheme) or P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram). The number is correctly installed at all spare parts and equipment that they are arranged as instructed by company procedure.
    • Participate and lead risk assessments and toolbox talks. Ensure that HSE procedures are properly implemented while executing preservation tasks.
    • Witness and verify Contractor preservation activities during MC scope.
    • Inspect equipment to ensure that preservation maintenance is performed to the approved standards during construction and commissioning phases

    • Continual monitor of material preservation requirements for all equipment’s including Static equipment’s, Rotating equipment’s, Piping equipment’s, Electrical equipment’s, Instrument equipment’s and HVAC equipment’s based on the vendor specifications and project specifications during construction and commissioning stages from the arrival date of the equipments until start-up.

    • Report directly to the Project Quality Manager, both technically and administratively monitored processes of various disciplines relative to the aim "Trouble Free Start-up"

    • Undertake daily surveillance walk down on job site to ensure that the subcontractors comply with TFSU (Trouble Free Startup) / Preservation requirements.

    • Conduct Tool box talk with the subcontractor about the TFSU (Trouble Free Startup) / Preservation at job site on regular basis.

    • Carryout weekly QUALITY / TFSU (Trouble Free Startup) / preservation walk down with Client & Sub-contractor representative for each discipline in coordination with the discipline Leaders.

    • Preside Weekly Preservation Meetings with sub-contractors and Discipline leads.

    • Prepare and analyze the lessons learned on a regular interval during the construction activities and find the root cause and apply the mitigation procedures to control the flaws in future.

    • Raise Quality and Safety related issues through Trouble Observation Card / Safety Observation Card system.

    • Prepare Training modules for on-site Toolbox talks based on the Trend analysis

    • Responsible for Quality Award Programs & Special Quality Campaigns for continual quality improvement at site

    • Initiate methods of corrective actions and introduce preventive measures when deviations to requirements arise
