Review of DARUSSALAM HOLDINGS SDN BHD

As one of the top religious affairs business which handle Hajj & Umrah services in Brunei Darussalam, they should be more professional and attentive to clients. As a new client with no whatsoever experience of performing Hajj, I do need someone to update me with any important things since I am not living in Brunei. All they told me was I need to call during the office hours. Can't they use technology called E-mail or just reply from the WhatsApp number that they provided, then why even bothered offer WhatsApp service. Quality of service is very poor I must say. Please improve your services for the sake of Allah.
