Review Very inaccurate ETA

App indicates my parcel will arrive 8th Dec before 1800 and never did. Call you guys 9th of Dec and you said will be delivered by the morning. Called your office at 1400 but it is closed for the rest of the weekend. Means i gotta wait till Monday? Birthday suprise ruined thanks to TNT. Cant deliver because it is a Friday then cant deliver because it is a Saturday and Sunday closed. So you only work 4 days a week? Here is a tip TNT. Do not indicate specific time to your customers if you are not sure of the delivery. This will be the last time i ever use TNT.
