Laksamana College of Business (LCB) is located at the most strategic area in Bandar Seri Begawan. It was officially launched by the Deputy Minister of Education, Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman in the 18th March 2003.
Established in Brunei as Business Course provider, LCB is a subsidiary of Kensington College of Business (KCB), London. LCB is also a partnership between Abdul Razak Holding, Brunei and KCB, London.
